My fascination with the interconnectedness of medicine, science and the mystical has always guided my path. In 2020, amidst the storm of a changing world, I came to a pivotal crossroads in my personal life and was led to the transformative power of Reiki. This profound experience not only realigned my mind, body, and spirit but also bestowed the courage to embrace necessary life changes & walk away from the things damaging my spirit. Inspired by the miraculous transformations within myself, I was compelled to dive deeper into energy healing and investigating the mysteries of the quantum realm.
Today, as a dedicated Reiki Master, Nutritional Therapist, Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider, and Intuitive Sound Healer, I integrate my expertise in holistic wellness to create tailored systems for healing I like to call Quantum Healing Blueprint.
These are individualized, approachable systems that harmonize the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of life for long term lifestyle changes. Understanding that we are fundamentally composed of energy, my practice focuses on optimizing this flow of life force through a blend of targeted energy work, balanced nutrition, and empowering mindset tools.
